Returns MUST be claimed within 7 days of order receipt.  We will not be responsible for any returns made after this time period.

Defective Products ---We will gladly accept return on any apparel or catalog product with a manufacturers' defect. We will provide purchaser with a common carrier shipping number for the return by ground service.

Manufacturers' Discontinued Product --- If a product or apparel item is discontinued by the manufacturer, exchange of said item will be subject to sales of stock on hand. Purchaser will be notified if an item becomes unavailable for exchange.

Wrong Size Ordered (Apparel Items) --- We will accept return of an apparel item for exchange if the item has not been laundered. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please review standard sizing chart when placing an order.

Special Order Sizes (Apparel Items) --- Non-inventoried apparel items that are ordered as a special order ( sizes, XS, 3XL, 4XL), are not returnable, unless they are defective.

Laundering Instructions (Apparel Items) --- Purchaser to follow manufacturers' tag for instructions. Each apparel item contains a cleaning and laundering information tag. Please read and follow instructions as outlined.

Returns --- You must obtain an RA# before returning or exchanging any merchandise. Packages received by our warehouse without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

For the quickest response, please include the following information in your email:
Your name
The name of web store you placed your order with
Your order number
A description of the problem you have with your order.
The action you would like taken (ie refund, exchange)

Please note: CDs and DVD’s cannot be returned.

Cancellations --- Please send any order cancellation requests to Valerie Bennington at jessica@bestpromotionsinc.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the credit card transaction has been finalized by the web store staff. The time it takes to finalize each order will vary from order to order, so please send any cancellation request as soon as possible. Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled.
